NUS CA2DM Celebrates Milestone in Graphene Membranes Research at Centre for Hydrogen Innovations (CHI) Inauguration
During the official inauguration of the Centre for Hydrogen Innovations (CHI), we are thrilled to announce that the NUS Centre for Advanced 2D Materials (CA2DM), led by our Director, Prof. Antonio H. Castro Neto, was awarded a research grant. This event was graced by Dr. Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and 2nd Minister for Trade and Industry of Singapore, alongside National University of Singapore’s President, Prof. Tan Eng Chye, and NUS Deputy President for Research and Technology, Prof. Liu Bin.
The grant will support the work of Dr. Juan Carrio in graphene membranes for gas (CO2) separation, a groundbreaking green technology with the potential to revolutionize the field. This achievement underscores CA2DM’s commitment to advancing scientific research and innovation in sustainable technologies.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Juan Carrio and Dr. VSSL Prasad Talluri for their exceptional contributions and dedication to this innovative project.
