GRC and NUS Physics featured in APS TV
APS TV is a brand new conference television channel that launched at the APS Physics March Meeting 2013, dedicated to news and views from the meeting. It covered important issues that emerge at the meeting, raise the visibility of the work of Physicists and provide an opportunity to learn about cutting edge research and development in the field of physics.
“A melting pot for research” was the video produced about NUS Physics, “where students, faculty, and staff are able to work in cutting-edge research facilities. The faculty travel from all across the globe to study and participate in research at this unique department. They conduct experiments and research in the department’s numerous labs, including the Graphene Research Centre, Centre for Quantum Technologies, and Centre for Ion Beam Applications.”
