Theoretical or Computational Postdoctoral Positions Available in Singapore
We invite applications for 2 postdoctoral research fellow positions at the Centre for Advanced 2D Materials at the National University of Singapore. The successful candidates will work with Shaffique Adam and Pinaki Sengupta on either the theoretical or computational investigation of many body localization using realistic models of interacting fermions and bosons.
This position offers internationally competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience. The initial contract has the duration of two years and is afterwards renewable for a third year, conditioned on a favourable annual performance evaluation review.
Candidates must have a PhD in either theoretical or computational condensed matter physics or a closely related field. One of the positions is targeted towards a person with expertise in analytical methods and familiarity with diagrammatic perturbation theory and/or renormalization group analysis is strongly preferred. The second position is for a computational person with a background in quantum Monte Carlo simulations.
Candidates must submit the application package online here.
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
