CA2DM PI Lim Chwee Teck inducted into the College of Fellows of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE)

According to AIMBE’s press release, “Dr. Lim was nominated, reviewed, and elected by peers and members of the College of Fellows for outstanding contributions in applying cell mechanics and designing innovative microfluidic technologies for disease diagnosis, prognosis and personalized treatment.”

Prof Lim said “I am very honoured to be elected as a Fellow of AIMBE. This is a very good recognition of the research effort that both my team and I have put in to develop biomedical technologies that we hope will directly benefit the patients.  It will also serve as an impetus for us to continue to strive towards excellence in what we do.”
