Facilities
OVERVIEW
The main lab is a cryofree low temperature high magnetic field measurement facility consisting of six individual setups. These range from – VTI systems with magnetic fields up to 16T to top-loading dilution refridgerators with vector fields and base temperatures up to 20 mK. A more detailed (B-T) parameter space which can be explored with the various systems is shown below.

SYNTHESIS LAB
There will be a new lab operational from December, 2014. It will be a 100 sq. m. space dedicated to the synthesis of highly crystalline Graphene and other 2D materials.
ON-CAMPUS FACILITIES
The key to many of our projects is a 1000 sq. m. clean room facility at the Graphene Research Centre dedicated to device physics based on 2D crystals and their heterostructures. Other equipment are located in the Clean Room. Some of the key equipment at the facility are listed below. More information can be found on the GRC website.
- Graphene Centre Class 100 and Class 1000 Cleanroom
